Article 1: Legal Notice

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are established by SNIT S.A.S, with a share capital of €30,000, whose registered office is located at: 551 rue des Essarts, 27520 Grand Bourgtheroulde, France Registered with the Bernay Trade and Companies Register under SIRET 901 781 906 00010.

Article 2: Purpose and Scope

These GTCS define the contractual relationship between SNIT and the buyer, whether professional or consumer. Purchasing a good or service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale by the buyer.

Article 3: Prices

Prices applied are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are expressed in euros, either excluding taxes or including all taxes (depending on your VAT regime). SNIT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price displayed in the catalog on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the buyer.

Article 4: Orders and Payment

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the buyer.

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Check

  • Credit card

Late payment (professionals):

  • Penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate

  • Fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs

Article 5: Delivery and Lead Times

Delivery is carried out either by direct handover of the product to the buyer or by delivery to a carrier. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. SNIT cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

In accordance with Article L221‑18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties.

Article 7: Warranty and Liability

All products supplied by SNIT benefit from:

  • the legal warranty of conformity,

  • the warranty against hidden defects.

In case of non‑conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. SNIT’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and excludes indirect damages.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All elements related to SNIT (logos, texts, visuals) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the website or commercial documents, even partially, without prior authorization.

Article 9: Personal Data (GDPR)

SNIT is committed to protecting the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. In accordance with the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data.

Article 10: Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk

10.1 Retention of Title

SNIT retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, including principal and ancillary costs. Payment is considered effective only after final receipt of the funds by SNIT (not upon mere delivery of a payment instrument).

If payment is not made by the agreed due date, SNIT may demand the return of the equipment by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the buyer’s expense and risk, without prejudice to any other legal action.

10.2 Transfer of Risk

Notwithstanding the retention‑of‑title clause above, the risk of loss, theft, or deterioration of the equipment transfers to the buyer (or their carrier) upon delivery or handover.

10.3 Buyer’s Obligations

Until ownership is transferred, the buyer agrees to:

  • Maintain the equipment in perfect working condition.

  • Insure the equipment against all usual risks.

  • Not modify, resell, or pledge the equipment without prior written consent from SNIT.

  • Immediately inform SNIT in case of seizure or any third‑party intervention.
