GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS) – SNIT S.A.S
Article 1: Legal Notice
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded by the company SNIT, S.A.S with a share capital of €30,000, whose registered office is located at 551 rue des Essarts, 27520 Grand Bourgtheroulde, registered with the Bernay Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 901 781 906 00010.
Article 2: Purpose and Scope
These GTCS define the contractual relationship between SNIT and the buyer, whether professional or consumer. The purchase of a good or service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale by the buyer.
Article 3: Prices
Prices are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are expressed in Euros and calculated excluding taxes or including all taxes (depending on your VAT regime). SNIT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Article 4: Orders and Payment
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the buyer.

Payment methods: Payment is made by [Bank Transfer / Check / Credit Card].

Late payment: Any late payment will result in a penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs (for professional buyers).
Article 5: Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery is carried out either by direct handover of the product to the buyer or by delivery to a carrier. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. SNIT cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Sales Only)
In accordance with Article L221‑18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide justification or pay penalties.
Article 7: Warranty and Liability
All products supplied by SNIT benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non‑conformity, the product may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. SNIT’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and cannot be engaged for indirect damages.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All elements related to SNIT (logos, texts, visuals) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the site or commercial documents, even partially, for any purpose.
Article 9: Personal Data (GDPR)
SNIT is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. In accordance with the French “Informatique et Libertés” law, you have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data.
Article 10: Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
10.1 Retention of Title
SNIT retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, including principal and ancillary costs. Payment is considered effective upon final receipt of the funds by SNIT (and not upon mere delivery of a payment instrument).
If payment is not made by the agreed due date, SNIT may demand the return of the equipment by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the buyer’s expense and risk, without prejudice to any other legal action.
10.2 Transfer of Risk
Notwithstanding the above retention‑of‑title clause, the risk of loss, theft, or deterioration of the equipment transfers to the buyer (or their carrier) upon delivery or handover.
10.3 Buyer’s Obligations
Until ownership is transferred, the buyer agrees to:

Maintain the equipment in perfect working condition.

Insure the equipment on behalf of whoever may own it, against all usual risks.

Not modify, resell, or pledge the equipment without prior written consent from SNIT.

Immediately inform SNIT in case of seizure or any third‑party intervention on the equipment.
